Loved:
- The environments, especially the lighting design. Seems authentically messy, if that makes sense.
- The voice acting. Perfect balance of clarity and emotion, IMO.
- The maps. The hand drawn notes are a genius way to help the player without breaking immersion.

Would change only one thing: PLEASE allow for first-person perspective when using a gun. Being bound by the fixed camera angles when shooting is not an aspect of those old tank control games that was ever regarded fondly. Had it not been for technical limitations of the time I don't think it would have ever been a thing.

I figured out the code, you just have to write the prase DONT GET EATEN using the letters of the safe keys without repeating the numbers containing letters that you already used. But I'm not familiar with Discord to send my reward code and also the ending code. Could you explain what exactly may I do?

But I faced some bugs: 1) I don't know how to unequip the gun; 2) when I access one of the settings in the options menu, I can't go back to access the others. The game freezes in the first setting I accessed (in my case, the one that shows the game's controls) and I can only return to the game or see the same page everytime I access the Option menu, no matter clicking on Esc, RMB, LMB, Backspace or Left button (it's necessary to leave the game and execute the demo each time I wish to access the other settings (just to find out you can't change anything anyway); 3) when the zombie grabbed me, the command to push him ('Space'), didn't work and he killed me (I even desperately tried other buttons, but nothing worked) - frustrating my experience. But I gave another chance to the game and start all over again, so I understand that (or it's another bug) we have to push Space repeatedly untill the protagonist finally manages to free himself and push the zombie away. Since there's just 2 healing items, It's extremelly recommended do not let them grab you for a long time or more than 2-3 times.

Even though it's a short demo, the game should offer some checkpoints so that we don't have to start everything from zero if we die.

But it's a nice game. Hope you keep improving and finish it.

FYI, a zombie lunged at me so I walked backwards. The zombie fell to the floor but I was in a grab animation and then the zombie locked onto me and I couldn't get it off but I could still slide around with it attached until I died.

Looks awesome looking foward to play the whole game,

this's my humble gameplay, the only thing i don't like 100% is the voice feel like cut the mystery atmosphere but is just my opinion

What an amazing game. It managed to unite the best of Resident Evil and Zero Escape and even added an extra touch. I can't wait for the full version. Congratulations man.

I really enjoyed this, once I got out of my MMO / FPS brain mode. It defiantly took me back to the Resident Evil days. Some silly mistakes on my part with attention to detail. Amazing quality with regards to graphics, the story gave me a base and understanding, the movement left me slightly 'ugh'.

But it kept me involved and wanting to push further to survive.

just to clear few things out, the game will have a prologue that will also act as a tutorial for the game, the prologue was not part of this demo due to time constraints we had. so i'm sorry if few things were not clear about the controls.

for example, u can press N to open the notes without having to go thru the inventory.

u can walk and aim at the same time, but focused aim (aiming up and down) is only possible if u stand still. the camera thing u experienced where u cant see what u are aiming at is one of the restrictions of the fixed camera angles, RE 1, 2, 3 and CV all had the same issue, but at least in our game we tried to modernize it a bit by making the camera pivot and follow the player movement. later on we will add FPS aim like the one seen in MGS 2 and 3 to correct this issue, also to give the player ability to see the environment from a different perspective.

u can combine by selecting items with a long LMB press (u can see instructions on the bottom right corner when u open the inventory, but i'm sorry its not so clear, this will be fixed by having the tutorial/prologue)
